Terms and Conditions for Sabor Denver

1. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in any aspect of Sabor Denver, hosted by the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend or participate in any Sabor Denver activities.

2. Event Participation

Sabor Denver is an annual event. Attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Botanic Gardens. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting the safety and well-being of all attendees, adhering to venue guidelines, and refraining from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

3. Ticket Purchase and Registration

All ticket purchases and registrations are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, unless otherwise specified in the event’s ticketing policy. Please review the ticketing policy for specific details.

4. Liability

The Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Botanic Gardens are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to attendees or their belongings during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and logos, associated with Sabor Denver belong to the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
